Throughout the Amzpecty mobile app, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Amzpecty. By downloading, installing, and using the Amzpecty mobile app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.
Acceptance: Your use of the Amzpecty mobile app constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from using the app.
Responsibility and Compliance: Users must not use the Amzpecty mobile app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright laws.
Age Representation: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, users represent that they are at least the age of 18.
Account and Security: Certain features of the app may require account creation. Users agree to provide accurate information during the registratÏion process and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials
FREE TRIAL
Amzpecty is pleased to offer a comprehensive Free Trial experience to our users, providing access to 500 scans over a 15-day period. The initiation of the Free Trial account occurs seamlessly upon registration and is programmed to deactivate after 15-days from the account’s creation date. It’s important to note that each customer is eligible for this 15-day Free Trial only once.
Our Free Trial account comes with no associated costs, and users are not obliged to make any payments during this period. However, it’s crucial to be aware that should the user decide against subscribing to a paid plan within the 15-day trial period, Amzpecty reserves the right to restrict their account access.
Furthermore, for users subscribed to our premium plans, the Free Trial experience comes with an exclusive opportunity to top-up for additional credits. This feature allows users to scan more and further explore available markets.
Designed to provide users with a comprehensive insight into our services, this trial encourages exploration of the full spectrum of features available. For any inquiries or assistance, our support team is at your disposal.

SUBSCRIPTION
Amzpecty is pleased to introduce the Amzpecty Mobile Plan, available at a competitive rate of $9.99. This subscription plan offers exclusive access to the features and capabilities of our mobile app, providing users with a comprehensive experience.
- 1. Amzpecty Mobile Plan: We currently offer a singular subscription plan – the Amzpecty Mobile Plan, priced at $9.99.
- 2. Mobile Credits Reset: Upon subscribing to the Amzpecty Mobile Plan, the Amzpecty credits are reset to 1000 credits. This ensures a fresh and optimal experience for our users.
- 3 .Forfeiture of Unused Credits: It’s important to note that any unused Mobile credits will be forfeited after the paid subscription month concludes. The query counter will then automatically reset to 1000 queries at the beginning of the subsequent month.
- 4 .Top-Up Options: For users seeking additional credits beyond the allocated 1000, Amzpecty offers convenient top-up options. Users can choose from credit bundles ranging from 100 credits, 1,000 credits, 2,000 credits, 5,000 credits, to 10,000 credits. This flexibility allows users to tailor their subscription to meet their specific needs.
- 5. Mobile Credits deduction: For quick search match asin (1 deduction), Check seller quantity (1 deduction), estimate profit scan (1 deduction), product variation (depends how many variants). These are the only actions that deduct credits.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Amzpecty only accepts from google play and apple.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Amzpecty subscription any time. You can log in to the payment provider that you used to sign up for our services and cancel your recurring subscription there.
REFUND
Amzpecty does not offer refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION INCLUDING TERMINATION OF SERVICE.
FAIR USE
Abuse or excessively frequent requests to Amzpecty may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account’s access to Amzpecty. Amzpecty, in its sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of Amzpecty.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Amzpecty reserves the right to modify or terminate the Amzpecty Service or your Account for any reason, with or without notice at any time.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Amzpecty reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, with or without notice.
Term agreements may be amended upon approval no later than 30 days before the next billing date. Service modification charges may apply.

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Amzpecty mobile application (“Mobile App”) is provided on an “as is” and “with all faults” basis, without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Amzpecty disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Amzpecty makes no warranty that the Mobile App is free of defects or suitable for any particular purpose. In no event shall Amzpecty be held responsible for any loss or damages arising from the download, installation, subscription, or use of the Mobile App. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character, such as damages for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, work stoppage, or any other commercial damages or losses.
Users acknowledge that the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Mobile App is borne by the user. In the event that the Mobile App proves defective, users assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
It is important to note that any data, information, or functionality provided by the Mobile App should be considered as “estimated” and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. The Mobile App is designed for general informational purposes only and should not be utilized as the sole deciding factor in making any decisions based on the data or information provided.
By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using the Mobile App, users acknowledge and accept these disclaimers and limitations of liability.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event, unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, will Amzpecty be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Mobile App, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), and even if Amzpecty has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall Amzpecty’s total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount paid by you for the Mobile App or service.
For users subscribed to the Amzpecty Mobile Plan, the total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the subscription, which is $9.99 per month.
By using the Mobile App, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations of liability.
